CURRENT PROJECTS
On this page you will find photos of some of the projects we are currently working on. At this time, we are finishing up a custom home and a major remodel project, and beginning work on another home remodel project. In addition Kevin is supervising the construction of a classroom building for Bible Baptist Church of Stillwater, OK. These photos may give you an idea of how a typical project will progress.

The owners of this home asked Kevin Zetterberg Construction to help them provide more space for their growing family. An addition to the south end provides for a new master bedroom and child's bedroom, while a smaller addition to the north removes an unused fireplace to expand the living area. Other improvements include a full-length porch to the front of the house and a new roof over the existing home.

Bible Baptist Church of Stillwater, OK recently began construction on a new classroom building, which is being built as much as possible on a volunteer basis by its members. Kevin is supervising the project, and several of our employees are volunteering several hours a week. The building is a simple T-shaped design, with one large classroom toward the back and a smaller one on each wing. Among the features of the building are a tile-cut stamped concrete floor.

Room additions were added to both the east and west ends of this home, providing for a master bedroom suite and a new kitchen with expanded living area. Flooring options used in these additions include stamped concrete in the utility room and entryway, tile-cut concrete in the master suite, and laminate flooring in the kitchen. Other features include granite countertops in the kitchen, a faux marble vanity top in the master bath, stained wood window treatments, lapped pine kitchen ceiling, and custom cabinets.

This two-story custom home features a broad porch on three sides, a vent-free fireplace, and an above-ground safe room. The owners chose a wood-textured stamped concrete for the porches, and a slate-tile pattern for the kitchen and bath areas. A large attic space on the original plan was converted into a second-story game room in the final build. Two dormer windows provide light to the first floor, while the third is open to the second floor game room. An oak banister and handrail were custom built for the staircase. The custom cabinets will be finished with granite and faux marble in the kitchen and baths, respectively.

The owners of this home recently asked us to convert an existing sunroom into additional space for the living/dining areas. The current phase of the project involves the construction of a patio area accessible through the french doors. When completed, the space will be enclosed by a partial brick wall and covered by an arbor.

The owner of this existing home asked us to build a garage/shop building which would match the look of the house. A thirteen foot ceiling in the west end allows plenty of headroom for the workspace. The east end is a more typical height to accomodate a second floor loft for storage space.

Construction has just begun on this new custom home. Planned features include a decorative concrete floor and a loft overlooking the kitchen and living areas. More photos will be posted as the job progresses.
