| Quite frequently, a homeowner will find themself in need of features that their home does not currently provide, but which could be accomplished with certain changes. This might be something relatively straightforward, such as a kitchen or bath remodel, or something more complex, such as a room addition, or the removal of a load-bearing wall. Sometimes, the homeowner will have a good concept of what changes they would like; in other cases, they simply approach us with the problem and ask for recommendations. Usually, the end result lies somewhere in the middle: the homeowner defines the needs and selects the finishing details, while we help ensure that the design fits the structural needs of the home and that it ties-in well with the overall design. Here you will find examples of some of the custom remodel projects we have completed. |

This home was originally framed by Kevin Zetterberg Construction several years ago. When the new owners decided to expanded, we were called on to provide the general contracting services. Several impressive features were added, including a jacuzzi room, exercise room, new master bedroom, library, game room, home theater, and outdoor shooting range. |

A farm house built in the early 1900's was moved off Highway 33 to its new home approximately 2 miles away where it was completely renovated. Old carpet was removed to reveal the original wood floors, the front balcony was repaired, new kitchen cabinets with concrete countertops were installed, and the exterior was replaced with a concrete-based lap siding. Additions to the existing floor plan include a wrap-around stamped concrete porch, expanded dining area, and an upstairs office. |
